New construction in Parkhill Crest, Las Vegas

Parkhill Crest is a new-construction community in Las Vegas, and the models here sell the way most new builds in the valley do: side by side, against plans that look alike on paper. ArcaTech has filmed model homes in Parkhill Crest for Story Book Homes — Heywood — capturing how each plan actually lives rather than how it lists. That's what video is for here. A buyer comparing several similar homes can't tell them apart from a photo carousel, but thirty seconds of walkthrough shows the flow, the ceiling height, and the light, and gives them a reason to tour one home instead of the one next door. Below are the Parkhill Crest models we've filmed. If you're listing in Parkhill Crest, book a shoot and we'll handle the rest.
